This year I made this cake for Halloween. No spooky, no scary… Just adorable, sweet and funny!
I used four layers of cake, being three of them 7 inch and the top one, 6 inch. Once the cakes torted and filled, I placed a dowel in the center to give the cake more stability. Then I carved it to make a rounded shape on the top. Once crumb coated and chilled, I covered the cake with white fondant, making some ruffles on the bottom. Then I added the ghost’s face details and also a handmade Halloween fondant spider on top of its head. Boo!
