Hi there,
This is the Frozen Elsa cake I made for Kacey’s birthday. Simple buttercream design, but very tasty and cute! I heard she was so happy with it, so am I!
Have a nice week,

Hi there,
This is the Frozen birthday cake I made last week for a five-year-old girl. She wanted a snowy cake with some space on top to place her favourite Frozen princesses (Elsa & Anna). She had two little figurines at home ready to be placed on the cake once delivered.
It was a 10 inch vanilla cake filled with strawberry jam and buttercream, as well as covered with sugarpaste. Yummy!
Frozen is becoming very popular amongst all the children. I previously made some other cakes with the same theme, like this one. Can you feel the cold? ; )
I hope you like it!
Have a good week.

Hi there,
Last week I made these Frozen themed treats for a four year-old girl, since her birthday party was completely based on the amazing film Frozen!
According to her mother, she was very very excited with her Elsa Cake.
It consisted of a real doll inserted in a dress-shaped cake. I carved a round four tier cake to form the shape. To get more realistic fabric effects, I covered the cake with fondant. The upper part of the doll was also dressed with sugarpaste. And this was the result! My first doll cake!
I matched the cake with some Frozen themed cookies and tiny cupcakes. To get the snow effect, I sprinkled granulated sugar over wet royal icing.
And here are the cupcakes! I tried to get really cold shades and colours to transmit the essence of Frozen. I also used crystal sugar to make the ice effect.
I hope you liked it. Don’t hesitate to leave a comment if you have any question!
Have a nice week.
